In my opinion the Cecile has not achieved its sales potencial.
I am fully convinced that the brand name is excellent.
The trouble is that the products have not been promoted in the right way.
Perhaps we could pay a soprano singer, say, Anna Netrebko to endorse the jewellery. She could wear it as often as possible.
Secondly, We can spend a lot of money on a creative television commercial to advertise the jewellery, can't we?
On the whole, an effective advertising compaign will help to achive 'Cecile's sales potencial.
